Kumdi Baptisms, New Kpandai Church Building

Jonathan Sapeh and his family have been on the mission field working with FAME Ghana since 1992, and he has served as a cross-cultural evangelist at Kumdi, among the Nchumburung and Konkomba people in the Northern region of Ghana. He faces major challenges of a high illiteracy rate and idol worshipping among the people in his area.

The following is Jonathan's latest report from the mission field. Please join us in thanking God and asking for His continued work:

Thanksgiving

  • Thank God for my family and churches.

  • For the souls won for Christ.

  • Thank God for the Kpandai Christian Church new building, thank God for the life of Pastor Enoch, Pastor Sam Dzobo, the donors, and all those who through diverse ways contributed towards the building. God richly bless you all.

  • For the life of Pastor Enoch, the wife Dr. Lydia, and all GCM staff.

Baptism

Six persons baptized at Kumdi.

Prayer Requests

  • For the newly baptized people.

  • For my wife Helen and my sister Josephine for speedy recovery.

  • For travel mercy as Christmas draws near.

  • That God would touch the heart of my mother to receive Christ as Lord and personal Savior.

  • The newly Kpandai Christian church building.

  • People baptized at Kumdi in October.
